The Village of Cambria, with a population of 792, is located in northeast Columbia County in the State of Wisconsin. According to the 2000 census, there were 307 total households in Cambria, of which, 109 households had children under the age of 18. Of the 339 housing units in the Village, 32 were vacant.
Cambria, with a land area of approximately .8 square miles, is located on the North Branch Duck Creek tributary of the Duck Creek/Rocky Run watershed, a part of the Lower Wisconsin River watershed. The Wisconsin River ultimately flows into the Mississippi River. Tarrant Lake is a 25 acre shallow lake formed by an impoundment of North Branch Duck Creek.
